Comfortable beds, great living room area and kitchen and as the weather was so lovely it was a bonus having the outside space.

Ideal location for Cheltenham festival. Walking distance to both the racecourse and the brewery quarter. Good sized rooms and facilities.
WiFi could be stronger and struggles to reach one bedroom.

Breakfast not applicable. Location reasonable, good for what we needed ie. cemetery for a funeral was 5 mins drive away.
The steps down to the door were dangerous, needs hand rails one each side, scruffy outside front door. Broken pot, garden seats were all over the place, two chairs and table outside was dirty, needs curtain in lounge and blinds in kitchen.
