Good property in a great location, easy to get into Cheltenham town centre

Lovely property in a great location, short walk into the centre of Cheltenham. Had an issues with TV channels (could only access 3) did report it and they attempted to fix it but took the gloss of an otherwise great stay

Location, location, location.

The location is perfect! A cute apartment and exactly what we were looking for. Shower was nice and hot. Parking onsite was nice. Staff texted to check on us several times, which was very thoughtful. I left a bag behind and they called to see if I needed it. They could have just tossed it but didn’t (until I told them to go ahead and do that). The stairs leading up to the apt are steep, but that’s part of the architecture of older building. Very well appointed, and you can walk to everything. We never moved our car at all while there.

The stairs, but that’s on me for not being in better shape. 🤣

Short winter stay in Cheltenham

Location was excellent with parking just around the corner. Flat was very comfortable and well maintained.

Lovely flat in a fabulous location

Fantastic location, the Brewery Quarter is 2 minutes away. The flat was delightful, very clean and had everything you could need. We stayed in Flat 2 which is on the first floor. If you have heavy luggage it’s quite a struggle up the stairs if you’re on a higher floor. The hosts were very quick to respond

Wish there was a mirror in both bedrooms. There is a big building construction at the back of the property that the bedrooms overlooked. The work offices being close by, so you need to keep the curtains closed when getting dressed or sitting in bed as you feel overlooked.

Great location, just need a few finishing touches

The location was excellent. A few mins walk into town and the bars and restaurants . It was really clean . Bedding was lovely and crisp.

One of the two bedrooms is really tiny. There is no mirror in one of the bedrooms which meant drying your hair was a problem Late checkout was £25 for 2 hours. We ended up leaving at 10am and taking the car to breakfast . The beds were not that comfortable.

A spacious well-equipped apartment in an amazing location. So much better value than staying in a hotel. Very friendly and helpful communication from the owners.

The location to work was perfect ! Parking facilities perfect ! The flat was excellent clean , spacious ,extremely comfortable beds all kitchen equipment available ! Brilliant flat

If I was to find any fault it would be the pressure on the shower I would prefer a bath or power shower but that’s a personal thing

Central Location with Parking

Very central location for walking into town in just minutes. Convenient parking was generally available and non-allocated, but not guaranteed.

Beds were only 4' 6", but comfortable. Apartment was on a busy road. However, we knew these things before booking. What we didn't know is that the company were going to demand photo ID is uploaded in order to get the keybox code. If I'd known this I wouldn't have booked. They said it was a legal requirement in the UK. It plainly isn't as I've stayed in many apartments through Booking.com and never been asked before. Database hacking and ID fraud is rife so should be a big concern for everyone.

Comfortable enough but with a little thought could be so much better.

Met up with our daughter from university so good to have separate rooms and a sitting area to chat.

It is shabby, curtains not ironed, no attempt to hide the view of the car parks - could just put a net curtain on half the window. The towel rail didn’t work. A chair in each bedroom would be good. Pillows very flat.

Very easy access and parking. Very large apt for 2 would easily suit 4 people. Very accommodating hosts, reply quickly to any questions. Very close to town centre. Definitely a future return.

Property was perfect. We visit Cheltenham regularly to see family; and Margaret’s terrace is by far the nicest place we have stayed at. Definitely will return. Central for city centre. Family friendly. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Small things such as plenty of coffee and tea, towels. Thankyou for our stay.

Lovely flat on the whole just a few simple improvements would make it outstanding a comfy sofa being the main criticism.

Very spacious, spotlessly clean, good location and great to have parking included.

Furnishings very attractive except the sofa which was extremely uncomfortable. Kitchen very basic, was surprised not to have a kitchen roll included and no table mats.

Excellent location with free parking, nice decor, just a few faults but adequate for a short stay.

Good location. Parking included. Nice decor. Extremely clean. Smart TV so could log into own netflix. Great app with accurate directions of where to park, how to get into property etc. Complimentary shower gel, toilet rolls, washing up liquid, hand soap, bin bags, tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper. Adequate kitchen utensils to self cater. Extensive information for appliances in a folder.

Beds were ok but not the comfiest and only just enough room to walk around beds. Front and lobby door was left open on a couple of occasions, I think they should be weighted so they close automatically. Shower not very powerful. But for the two nights we stayed it was adequate.
