Nice clean property in an ideal location.

Heating could have been put on before we arrived as the weather was extremely cold. Insurance details could be made more visible as I was not aware of the additional costs until after booking.

The house met our needs (2 bedrooms) but wasn't particularly comfortable.

Great location would use again

Fantastic location. Clean warm and well equipped house; comfy bed. garden a bonus and parking very useful. Would definitely stay again.

We were disappointed that an earlier message and two phone calls on arrival day were not responded to. Sofa 2 is supremely uncomfortable and agree with others that hooks on bathroom and bedroom doors would be useful

Perfect place to stay

Good location and a very comfortable place to stay. The garden was a nice place to sit too. The glasses and crockery were clean and there was enough of it.

Lovely house with private parking in quiet location close to town centre

A very clean and comfortable house in a quiet cul de sac. Location was ideal, just a short walk to the High Street and Montpelier area. Easy access for exploring the area by car with a private drive to park in. It has both a bath and shower and 2 toilets. Toiletries were provided. The kitchen is small but had everything we needed.

There was no coat pegs to hang our coats on and no clear guidance which bins to use for recycling.

Lovely, relaxing and quiet break in an excellent location which was also very easy to find.

Excellent location, just 5 minute walk from the High Street and a lovely park. Very comfortable beds, quiet location. Parking on drive outside the property was a definite bonus.

One of the settees was extremely uncomfortable and hurt my back to sit on it even for a very short time. The larger settee was much more comfortable though so it didn’t affect our holiday. Coat hooks would have been very useful especially if we had come in with wet coats on.

Great property. Could easily be improved and better maintained.

Perfect location. Modern two bedroom house with parking in front. Quite spacious.

Refuse bins were already full and no facility provided to separate out recycling. On / off electric heating only, with no timer. Not very controllable. Suspect most people will just leave it on.

Great location, free parking on the drive, quiet cul de sac and spacious

My only grumble was that the water wasn’t hot enough to have a bath (it was a cold day) however the shower was fab and very hot

Location, location, location!! 5 minute walk from the High Street with 3 pubs along the way! Lovely house with parking

We love the welcoming, cleanliness, and the arrangement of the house as well as the location which is walking distance to town centre.

We hope they will put some wall hook for jacket at the entrance and also in the loo where you can hang your towel properly😉

Lovely apartment in the heart of Cheltenham. Great location and easy to get to. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Keys are super easy to collect and clear instructions were given by the host.

Guter Ausgangspunkt um Cheltenham und die Cotswolds zu erkunden.

Ein typisches Reihenhäuschen im Zentrum von Cheltenham. Man kann direkt vor dem Haus parken; auch mit einem Van. Die Betten waren bequem und das Bad sauber. Viele Orte in den Cotswolds sind von hier aus gut zu erreichen.

Die Küche ist etwas spärlich ausgestattet (z.B. keine Schüssel, Schneebesen, Messbecher oder funktionierende Waage) und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Gleiches gilt für die Sofas. Der Garten wirkt etwas vernächlässigt.
