It was the cleanest apartment I've ever stayed in! It was in a brilliant location - right in the centre of Cheltenham. It was spacious and nicely furnished. The kitchen was well-equipped - oven, hob, microwave, kettle. The WiFi was pretty reliable. The hosts were really communicative and helpful. Checking in and checking out were straightforward. It felt safe. There was a washing machine and laundry airer provided, as well as fans for hot nights and heaters for cold ones. There were lots of public car parks really close by, as well as restaurants, shops and a cinema. It was pretty good value. The decor was lovely. The views from the apartment were stunning. It was a great location to explore the Cotswolds from. The property had everything you needed for a comfortable stay, including soap, a tea towel, washing-up liquid, towels and linen. The hosts were easy to contact before and during our stay. Checking-in late in the evening was really easy.

Parking was a bit of a pain. There was only one space in the apartment's car park and that wasn't guaranteed. We had to pay £12 for both vehicles on one of the days we stayed. It was £12 per day, every day for the second vehicle. That added up. The apartment is up a lot of stairs, which was a bit tricky with the luggage. There was a fair bit of noise from others staying in the property and coming through the single-glazed windows. There was only one sofa for all four double rooms. There was also only one key and the intercom didn't let people through the second door (on the ground floor) That meant a lot of trips down from the loft to let people in or to put the key back in the key safe. The shower was also a fairly cool trickle in the main bathroom.

Traveled for work. The stay was great. Apartment was very spacious and very clean. Local to town center facilities, restaurants and facilities. Parking was included and perfect. Will definitely stay again. The apartment is on the top floor which meant a very lot of stairs, however the up side of this is that the apartment was very quiet.

As it is on the top floor there were a lot of stairs which would be a problem for less for people. We were ok but I feel it should be highlighted more when booking.

The location is ideal and the flat is clean to a good standard. Parking at rear is easy to use. Bedrooms (3 main ones) were good size and well set up.

The only area that could be improved is the joint living room / kitchen. Their was only one 3 seater sofa available which doubled as pull down bed which wasn't best, it would be better if their were more seating options for this area.

It is more suitable for travellers who do not mind climbing many stairs.

You need to get a parking notice from the apartment and take to your car. We got a parking ticket in the time it took to get the pass and get back to the car. This should be a printable so this doesn't happen. I don't doubt that this is just a freak coincidence but with the flat being the top floor it takes a could few minutes to do this.
