The location was a 5 minute walk from the promenade which was fantastic. There was ample parking too, and the apartment itself was absolutely spotless. There was also a TV with streaming services. It was easy to get to and from the apartment but note that there is no lift, so you will need to climb the stairs if you need to get to the property. The host has an excellent system where you check in by taking pictures on arrival (a check in inspection) and then pictures on departure (check out inspection). If there are any issues then you are both clear on where you stand because there are pictures available to refer back to.
There were very little extras available for 3 people. For example, there were 3 adults staying for 2 nights but only 4 teabags were provided and hardly any sachets of sugar. There was also no salt, pepper or any cooking items. If we hadn't brought our own, we would have nothing to cook with. It would be great if these items can be provided. The hot water works through an old tank so you need to set a timer for the hot water and if it doesn't work, you need to reset the system. We found that difficult to work with at first but got the hang of it later. The sofa bed was either broken or low quality because it wasn't straight, it bent at the end so only one person can comfortably sleep on it without feeling like they are falling off. It was also quite cold at night so we had to keep the heating on for quite long periods of time.
