Great location and lots of room
Only issue we had was getting hot water into morning as the boiler had been turned off.

Really well decorated, location amazing, value great, well stocked for being able to self cater, and access was super smooth. Fans had been left in the rooms, which we greatly appreciated. I’d definitely look to stay again if in Cheltenham
Only slight downside was a slight issue with the hot water - not too much of a problem when the hot water runs low during a 35° heatwave though!

Location was great Bedrooms and bathroom were lovely
The kitchen was poorly equipped and needs more investment. Pedal bin was rusty and broken. Outside space was dirty.
