Lovely 3 bed house in the heart of Cheltenham

The property was very spacious and the furniture was comfortable. It was a good location for walking into Cheltenham. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Lovely dining room and comfortable table for our party.

The outside of the property was a little disappointing and the whole street was a little rundown and all the bins were out so it looked quite untidy. It was very noisy sleeping in the front bedrooms and it was right in the street and you could everything quite loudly. The property was missing some essential things like an oven glove, tea towel and toilet roll! The garden was quite run down and overlooked which was not how the pictures portrayed it. The shower was so hot and you could not cool it down so it was not functional. There is also no dishwasher which is a little inconvenient. The place did smell a little damp when we arrived. There was only one room with a bedside lamp which was a little inconvenient for those of us who wanted to do bedtime reading.

Very clean. Fans in the bedrooms.

All the houses have over flowing bins out the front, feels like a student street and smelt very bad. Garden fence and area needs a tidy

Very clean apartment with a spotless bathroom, which was a big plus. The bed linen was fresh and bright white, and the beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!

The kitchen was poorly equipped and needs more investment. Pedal bin was rusty and broken. Outside space was dirty.
