Lovely and clean, well presented. Great location. Comfy beds, nice bathroom. Lovely clean rug for my baby to relax on.

No TV aerial connection or WiFi. Signal wasn’t strong enough to stream from my phone, so we weren’t able to watch any TV. It’s a shame, as the living room is a lovely, relaxing space. We were a family of five but only three forks were provided, which wasn’t ideal when eating our takeaway. The cutlery should be enough for the guest staying. You could also do with adding some wine glasses and smaller glasses - not just pint glasses. The hallway lighting didn’t come on when we walked through, which felt like a health and safety concern, especially on the stairs. We could see the doors were fire doors BUT we couldn’t see emergency lighting within the halls. The sofa bed is a great feature, but it seems the cleaners aren’t lowering the back after each stay, as it was full of crumbs. All of these issues are easy to fix, and addressing them would make this an excellent place to stay overall. Hope this feedback is seen as constructive to help you enhance the stay.
