A lovely modern apartment, with friendly helpful hosts

The basement apartment was extremely well appointed for self-catering, with all amenities available. The individual rooms were warm and tastefully decorated. The cooker/oven did take a while in which to work out how to use but worked well for what we wanted. Location was great, 5 minutes from the town centre and also where we needed to be on one of the days.

There was a bit of 'TV noise' from one of the adjoining apartments which went on a little late when we were trying to sleep but it only affected us for one night. The heated towel rail in the bathroom did defeat us in trying to get it to work, despite numerous attempts. No instructions could be found but wasn't an big issue.

Beautiful apartment for a weekend break

Beautifully decorated apartments, modernised with no expense spared. Easy walk into town. Parking was available at the property. Hosts were very friendly.

Everything was great. I had not realised there was no oven but there was a microwave and other amenities you can use for a short stay. Check out is a little early but we were up anyway.

A wonderful pre-Christmas break

The property is in a great location only being a 5 minute walk into town, the apartment also had a handy parking space. The apartment is beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable. The hosts provided great communication and left a very welcome sweet treat too. We would highly recommend staying here.

Cosy and convenient stay for a weekend trip.

Convenient location, perfect size apartment for 2 people, great selection of teas, coffees, hot chocolate and you are also provided with milk and a chocolate treat 😀 hosts had great communication and went out of their way to check in with us, ensuring we got into the property okay. Very secure and straight forward. We had a lovely, cosy festive stay.

Fantastic stay — everything was exactly as expected or better.

I had an excellent stay at the apartment in 5 & 6 North Place, Cheltenham. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the town centre, shops, cafes, and everything you might need. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and very well equipped, making it feel like a real home away from home. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, and check-in was easy. The place is quiet, cosy, and ideal whether you’re staying for work or a getaway. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cheltenham.

Beautiful basement apartment in central Cheltenham

The apartment is in a fantastic location on a reasonably quiet street in Central Cheltenham. The decor was modern and the furnishings were good quality and comfortable. The apartment was clean and well presented. We will definitely return.

The apartment was unnecessarily warm when we arrived which made it difficult to sleep unrul we'd managed to cool ot down a bit.

Ideal location for exploring Cheltenham and getting out into the Cotswolds

Everything you need for a short stay with excellent attention to detail and very stylish interior decor. High standard facilities (bed, kitchen, shower etc). We parked at no. 5 - snug but convenient. Ideal location for exploring on foot Cheltenham’s architecture, shopping, promenade, parks. Plenty of lovely coffee shops and restaurants nearby too! Easy to drive out and walk in the beautiful Cotswold countryside.

It’s a basement apartment, so expect compact and a bit dark. More space available in the courtyard weather permitting.

Lovely stay, lovely apartment, thank you for hosting!

Beautiful property - it was a garden level apartment and had a private seating area out the small back courtyard which was a nice bonus. The inside of the property was beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well provided for so it was possible to cook things on the hob or in the microwave/oven/grill appliance - and there was even fresh milk provided in the fridge! Toiletries all provided, lots of towels and bedding. Honestly, really impressed by the standard of the place. Lovely hosts who were responsive to emails and messages during the booking process too. The property was also very close to the centre of Cheltenham which was very handy. Would definitely stay again!

Nice couple of night getaway but not for longer stays

Location was central to the town and the property was clean with comfy beds and well equipped kitchen area. Property could be ideal for overnight or weekend stays

When booking it wasn’t clear this was a basement property and had steps down to enter. The Booking.com information wasn’t clear on the actual property layout so we found it incredibly small with limited hanging space and, due to the size overall, the only seating was in a external courtyard garden making it difficult for self catering on longer stays (especially as it rained therefore was wet and cold sitting outside).

Short Break in Cheltenham

Apartment 4 was spotlessly clean, with an excellent furnished kitchen. Convenient location the enables walking into town and numerous bars, restaurants and shopping opportunities. Great to have a separate sitting area to tge bedroom. Hosts were brilliant providing clear instructions for on how to access the property. Fantastic tgat there is car parking with the house. This made loading and unloading the car a breeze.

Only minor things (and if the weekend was different one would not be a problem). The weekend we stopped the weather was really humid. The apartment being on the top floor was very warm. This meant the sash windows were open to try and get some breeze. The road outside is extremely busy even at 3am and the servicemen club next door had karaoke and bands till midnight. This made it extremely difficult to sleep. As I say if it was not as humid the probably would be an issue as the windows would have been shut. Also the living room is quite dark due to the colour scheme chosen and I struggled to see in the evening as lamps are not to bright. People with poor eyesight might also struggle. Like I said these are minor points.

A gem in an ideal location

Very well kept apartment, decent room with a comfortable bed, everything you need is provided, even user manual of washing machines and oven!

Style over substance

The property was nicely decorated and clean Courtyard flat

It’s definitely in the rougher end of Cheltenham. We spent most of our time in Montpellier which is a 15 minute walk away and next time we’d stay there It’s a conversion which meant when the people upstairs got up, we got up. It’s also next to a busy road so you’re not sleeping in There’s a full kitchen but you’d have to eat in bed as there’s no dining area The bedside tables are full of pretty objets but actually all you want is space for your phone charger and glasses Check in is at 4pm and check out at 10. This was understandable in COVID times but surely not now, you’re taking 6 hours away from my stay. Bearing in mind there’s nowhere to leave your bags you’re really screwed if you come earlier or leave later

A beautiful place to stay if your wanting easy access to explore the Cotsworld

This property was lovely, such thoughtful added touches too. I stayed for my birthday weekend and when we arrived we recieved a bottle of champagne, chocolate and a cute little birthday hat. It was super clean and beautifully decorated, would definitely return.

Decent size apartment for a great price. They have all sorts of amenities available as well, such as an iron, hairdryer, washing machine with washing detergent. Nice and cozy! Definitely would stay again. Amazing hosts with great communication 👌🏾
