I stayed in Flat 2 a compact but cosy studio. Perfect for my needs. Nicely decorated, close to town centre (parking a bonus)

The apartment is gorgeous - like something straight off Instagram! And perfectly clean. Has everything you need even for basic cooking and lovely little touches around the place. Great location for exploring Cheltenham. The courtyard put the back is lovely for breakfast or quiet reading with a coffee. In a heatwave the apartment was fantastically cool! Great base for taking the bus / taxi to explore other ages in Cotswolds.
A bit of noise from the music in the pub next door in the evening but the soundproofing is pretty good with double doors closed and didn’t go too late.

The property was immaculately presented. It was tastefully decorated and in exceptionally good order. It had every utility that would make your stay complete. It was ideally situated in Chelmsford for the use of the town and all its facilities and only five minutes in most directions before you were in the beautiful countryside of the Cotswald.
There was nothing not to like about this property.

Location was central to the town and the property was clean with comfy beds and well equipped kitchen area.
Property could be ideal for overnight or weekend stays
When booking it wasn’t clear this was a basement property and had steps down to enter. The Booking.com information wasn’t clear on the actual property layout so we found it incredibly small with limited hanging space and, due to the size overall, the only seating was in a external courtyard garden making it difficult for self catering on longer stays (especially as it rained therefore was wet and cold sitting outside).
