I said to my girlfriend I’d gladly give up my London flat for this place 🤣, attention to detail , the milk ect , Good coffee , clean , cozy , after a long day out so comfortable to come Back to . Great parking . Kind people . Nice hot shower for my bad back :) thanks for a nice Christmas

Great stay - a true home from home

Another great stay, in Bailey this time - great studio room, comfortable, warm and well laid out. TV had all of the apps already installed and the bathroom was lovely with a great shower. Definitely will be back.

Nice spacious apartment

Nice spacious apartment kitchen, lounge, diner and separate ensuite bedroom. Comfy bed, also nice cheat sheet of how all appliances and equipment works.

Noisy man shouting on mobile outside bedroom window at 7.00am. Parking can be difficult if owner parks her car there. And the washing machine is not in the apartment. It's in a cupboard on first floor called a laundry room. Owner needs to inform guests in the details.

From a regular business traveller - best place I have ever stayed.

I often travel to Cheltenham for work and have spent a while finding the ideal place to stay, simply put - this is it! A home from home, quiet, comfortable, with everything you could need to enjoy the stay. Great responses from host and lots of little details that really show they care. I will definitely be back.

I found the kitchen, bathroom and sitting area had everything one would need.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The springs in the mattress dig into your body constantly. The pillows were all flat and hard. An option of a soft pillow would have been welcomed. I used the tumble dryer once and noticed the lint filters were broken and required replacement. I opted not to use the washer and dryer as I didn't want to break them.

Not great, a bit dirty and run down.

Close to town centre

One of the towels in the bathroom was dirty blood on it, neither of the TVs worked, farm in the back garden. Got woken up early by chickens in back garden. It’s all a little run down.

Nice flat

Everything, the flat was comfortable, there was everything we needed and it was super clean. It was also super cute having the milk delivery in the morning, we don't drink normal milk, but we appreciated it!

Location as it was close to hospital

It is clear that the issue with the shower tray being blocked at the accommodation is not something that just happened. The paint on the woodwork next to the shower tray has been washed away. This should have been picked up by the cleaner at least when washing the shower down during cleaning. Why should we be interrupted by maintenance people coming in during our stay when this issue should have been dealt with prior to any persons stay. Also the plug socket moving away from the wall exposing wires, this is not something that has just happened. Clearly the owners are not managing their properties. When I contacted them after the stay (due to my daughter being in hospital) Angie said she was not minded to give me any refund and offered £50 as her "final offer" and said we should have contacted her to allow her to rectify it during our stay. Angie should have made sure that the property was in working order before charging people to stay there and not fix issues that were already there in paying guests time. The apartment was also really hot even with the fan. The car park was very hard to park cars as it was small. Reported this to booking.coms CEO who now have this on record.

Bad experience all round

Food left in sink by previous guest not cleaned Shower trap needed cleaning , shower flooded bathroom and into bedroom Host said nothing found when she got her husband & plumber to check , funny , but trip advisor shows another guest unhappy with the same problem , after us . Suggests to me no checks or remedy completed . Bed was uncomfortable , damp in the lounge area This is not what we expected for the money paid , in fact we stayed 1 night instead of the 3 booked Host would only agree to refund one night, she claimed I didn’t give her chance to sort the issue, we aren’t obliged to do so, we just left , and booked ourselves into a premier inn , so I have claimed the rest via my credit card It was all a bad experience , from the cleanliness and poor maintenance, to the damp and the handling of our complaint to the host My husband recovering from cancer surgery really wanted a quiet stress free time to visit family Thank goodness I got him into a premier inn ( you know what you get with them )

Lovely house within walking distance of Manor on the Lake. Met the hosts on the first day. We thought we had a problem with a remote control for a TV but turned out to be our own issue. Host responded very quickly, thanks.

Brilliant, modern apartment with lovely hosts

Beautifully decorated, spacious, spotlessly clean and fully equipped. The beds are comfy and the hosts were super helpful. I will definitely stay again.

It’s a bus ride into town but the bus stop is just outside so I wouldn’t let that put you off.

The apartment was beautiful. Great little touches like ground coffee and fresh milk. Really comfortable bed. Easy to access with the lockbox.

Spacious apartment (Hamilton), well equipped, convenient free parking. Great location for bus into Cheltenham or Gloucester, just 2 minutes walk to bus stop. There's an ASDA and Harvester pub approx 15 mins walk too. Very helpful and friendly communication from Angie both before and during our stay.

A brilliant apartment

The hosts were incredibly friendly and super helpful. When we arrived the apartment was dirty, (we later found out the cleaner missed the one we booked) as soon as we called the host, they were straight over to check it out and clean for us, no questions asked. They even offered us a bottle of wine for the mix up. The bed and sofa were both super comfy. The bathroom was spacious and had great facilities. The space were great and all the facilities were as described. Would definitely recommend a stay here and will even book again next time I'm staying in the area!

Comfortable and quiet a lovely spot to stay

This was a great place to stay for our visit to the Cotswalds. We originally booked the Hamilton apartment mainly due to the clothes washer and dryer facilities, however that was changed shortly before our arrival. Apartment we stayed in was warm and certainly large enough for the two of us and there were shared washing/drying facilities so no issue with the change. . We hired a car for our stay, off street parking is available but is a bit hit and miss if you get a spot during the day but not a problem at night. Short drive to shopping centre and eateries, and a few pubs in the area if needed. Traffic can be a bit congested in the surrounding areas during the day but not an issue at night. The staff we encountered were amazing and no request was an issue. Would highly recommend.

Lots of little issues

The beds were comfortable and the place looked great. The bathroom was modern and clean.

Gaining access to the washing machine was a bit difficult, the instructions for the stove top were unclear and we ended up ordering takeaway as the stove wouldn’t work and our request for help was unanswered. The TV remote was broken (a note was left apologising for this). The coffee plunger was used and dirty in the cupboard (it had been put away without being emptied). Overall this property offered a lot but delivered less.

Shame… but good location.

The apartment was clean, and in a good location for exploring the Cotswolds.

Unfortunately, the mattress was so hard it was a very uncomfortable few nights sleep. Coupled with the noise from the upstairs apartment, which clearly had no soundproofing or carpeted floors. A portly person would struggle to get into the shower, due to the small gap! The TV was a nightmare to watch something on, none of the remotes worked properly. None of the apps were updated so couldn’t access these, overall was difficult to relax in the evenings because of this - good book selection however.

The apartment had all the facilities necessary for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was newish and clean and hot water plentiful The host was very responsive

Parking was very tight if you wanted to be off-road and due to vehicle damage from others at our previous stay we were reluctant to do it so parked on road which was ok
