Nice, cosy studio.

The studio was perfectly quiet for a work stay. Welcoming and comfortable place.

We enjoyed our stay notwithstanding the problems mentioned.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable and very well appointed for such a small space.

It was very short on space. We were travelling along the UK for a month so we had a number of suitcases with us and. I where to put them. 10 o’clock checkout seemed very early, I have used quite a number of properties like these but the earliest checkout I encountered was 11. Although if I paid an extra £25 I could check out two hours later.

Excellent apartment in an excellent location

What a gem! Communications with the host were excellent, very thorough, even with video instructions on how to enter the apartment, use the washing machine, TV etc. So much nicer to stay in an apartment which has all the amenities a hotel room lacks. Everything was spotlessly clean. Having a car parking space outside the property and your own private garden which we managed to sit in as the sun was shining was a bonus! The location is amazing, under 10 mins to the train station and Waitrose and only 20 mins walk to the town of Cheltenham where there are lots of lovely restaurants and shops. To sum up a lovely apartment which had everything we needed and ideally located, we will definitely be booking again.

What a wonderful stay at the Blue Garden Retreat!

My fabulous experience started as soon as I made a last minute booking for a night in Cheltenham, The Fortuna Property Team reached out to me straight away with all of the information needed to check into the property, which included a YouTube video to make the process effortless. As it was a self check-in property (code to get through the gate and a key safe which contained the front door key) it was ideal, as my train wasn’t due into Cheltenham Spa until late in the evening. Luckily, the train station is a short walk away and the property is in a brilliant location. When I arrived at the property, I was greeted by a hand written note and a selection of chocolates which is something I’ve never had before at other properties I’ve stayed at – I definitely felt welcomed! The studio had everything I needed for a great stay, including a kitchen area with an oven, washer dryer, fridge freezer, plus a TV with every channel you can think of and a very comfy bed! Another bonus, which I didn’t notice until the next morning, was the large garden space where I was able to sit outside on a crisp February morning and enjoy my first coffee of the day. I would definitely recommend this studio to anyone who is visiting Cheltenham, whether it’s for a short or long stay. It has everything you need and is only a 15/20minute walk to Cheltenham town and (according to Google Maps) a 40min walk to the Racecourse. Massive thank you to Fortuna Property!

Well designed place, close to the station

Very nicely designed, it was a lovely space to be in, the pictures reflect reality. Easy to get in and out. Fairly warm even though it was winter. Bed was comfy. Good location if you want to be close to the train station.

Several things were a bit 'off'. Not end of the world but were annoying. Most annoying was the toilet which makes a REALLY loud noise when it is flushed. The bed is short, if you're over 6 foot I think you'd be hanging off the edge. Pillows were the super ultra fluffy kind which meant my neck was quite high.
