Perfect location and well equipped

Excellent location close to the town, shops, bars and restaurants. Very quiet. The apartment is very spacious with 2 good bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped and the living room has lots of seating for eating and relaxing.

Better/clearer signs for the back of the property would be helpful as hard to find, especially in the dark.

Great apartment

Lovely warm 2 bed apartment. Location fabulous, above a bistro where we had breakfast and had an evening take out meal which was delivered up to the apartment. Staff were lovely and very accomadating. Very close to some bars, restauraunts and a few shops and a short walk to cheltenham town

Single beds very narrow and not very comfortable. Sofa ok but maybe due for an upgrade to somethingmore comfortable

Great apartment, location, host and stay 10/10!

The apartment is in a fantastic location, very spacious and comfortable. Everything we needed and also a bottle of wine in the fridge. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Everything spotlessly clean. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Wonderful.place and so centrally located!!

It's a really nice apartment with lots of sunlight, very high ceilings and a lovely decoration, divided in two floors. All the rooms are very spacious and the location couldn't be better. We loved it!!! It is so convenient to have the restaurant/ cafe downstairs for breakfast and other meals too!

The entrance to the apartment is on the rear of the restaurant/cafee, so the rear street, where the wheelly bins are. It is not ideal but because of the rest is so great, we didn't mind that much. In fact the numbered wheely bins helped us to find the apartment, as we arrived quite late in the evening.

Fantastic stay - highly recommended

Excellent location in the centre of Montpellier, close to excellent cafes, restaurants and galleries. The apartment is huge, with beautiful high ceilings and massive rooms - the photos don't do it justice at all! The apartment is well set up for families (if you don't mind the stairs), with a high seat and well equipped kitchen. The hosts own the bistro downstairs, and were super helpful throughout - thanks.

We loved all of it, but I can see how the stairs could be a pain for some.

Superb

Great location, comfortable beds, very clean (apart from under the beds!) and has everything you need. Parking space out the back is an added bonus! Beautiful high ceilings.

There is no 3rd toilet as advertised, it's now washing machines for the restaurant underneath. Floor is very uneven, especially on the stairs. We laughed that we wobbled every time, but could be very dangerous if someone is not stable on their feet. Very loud music coming from the restaurant downstairs, but could be that it was NYE, although music was from lunchtime onwards. In their defence we didn't ask them to turn it down, but we could hear it clear as day sitting in the living room.

Stylish and comfortable. Great location.

We started our stay with a lovely lunch from Chaplais Kitchen downstairs. Being above a small bistro, we could have eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner without going outside! But there were many good restaurants close by, so we had great choice.

Located in the town center with many restaurants around the apartment. It's very clean and comfortable.

the location was great so central and one parking space was a real bonus for a central location.

It was above a cafe which wasn’t mentioned in the profile. the smells of the cooking flooded the ground floor of the flat and the entrance to the flat was through the yard where the kitchen staff hang out, the oil was stored and the kitchen was next to the entrance to the flat and the door was consistently open. The front door wasn’t lockable when we arrived and needed to be fixed and the wi-go was switched off at night once the cafe closed and came back on the next morning when it opened which was a real shame. The music was loud and clearly audible when sitting in the lounge and the main shower above the bath didn’t work.

Excellent location, apartment and facilities on your doorstep and lovely Andrada hostess great!

Location was very central in Montpelier district so easy walk to everything. There was also the added bonus of parking at the rear of the property. The property is on two floors and very boutique finish to furnishing and decor. Had everything and more in facilities two good separate bathrooms and showers all very clean. it is above the Chaplais restaurant which was another bonus as excellent breakfast and food. Could also order drinks and any food to take upstairs so we thought it was fab.

Beautiful property with very high ceilings. Centrally located, good selection of restaurants nearby. Good trail walks and very easy local bus connections. Our host made everything so easy for us and we had a restful stay, thanks so much!

A lovely space to spend a few days in a nice part of town

Amazing house with large rooms and beautifully decorated. A lovely space to spend a few days. The staff in the cafe downstairs (connected to the property) were so friendly and helpful, especially Georgina. Located in a really nice and lively part of town.

The street outside the front was quite noisy at night. The beds weren't the most comfortable and were a little soft, but may just be our personal taste!
