Pleasant stay in a lovely area.

Great location, had parking and good facilities.

There were hairs on the pillow when pulling back the bedcover and when stripping the bed at the end of the stay, there was a piece of metal on the mattress cover in the middle of the bed. Couldn’t work out how to turn off outside light (was it solar powered?) and the flat was hot.

Great location for New Year's Eve as the apartment is near to all the places we wanted to go and in a lovely area of Cheltenham.. the apartment was lovely and warm , much bigger than we expected and all the beds were really comfortable in fact we all tried to see what make the mattress's were and pillows. Everything that you'd need is there I.e a hairdryer & iron etc which was a relief as none of had brought either . And having a parking space in Cheltenham was a great extra plus we had a second car which we parked at the public car park and just down loaded the app to pay during our stay but this is a 6 min walk away so you need to drop your things to start with , finding how to get to the property required a little thought as the satnav takes you to the front and the roads are one way but once we'd worked it out , it was easy and I'd recommend if you want a taxis ask to be picked up from one one of the local pubs which we did and had no problems but id imagine if you asked them to come to the property they'd come to the front and the entrance is round the back .. great stay would definitely stay again here 😊

Perfectly position to explore the town, comfortable, clean and well equipped.

The location was perfect with Montpellier and The Promenade and its shops and restaurants within a few minutes easy walk. The flat itself was clean, comfortable and with a well equipped kitchen.

The wifi kept dropping which, while irritating for us was not critical, could be more of a problem for a business traveller. The car space was very difficult to get out of.
