Just off Cheltenham's lively Bath Road, Francis House is a bright two-bedroom home sleeping up to 6, with free parking, a private garden and Wi-Fi. Independent cafés, bars and shops are on your doorstep, with leafy parkland in the other direction. It's a great base for families, race-goers and anyone working in Cheltenham.
THE SPACE
• Bedroom 1: super king bed (zip and link, so it can be split into two singles)
• Bedroom 2: two single beds
• Lounge: double sofa bed for two more guests
• Bathroom with shower over the bath
• Well-equipped kitchen, just inside the front door
• Large open-plan living and dining room with a dining table seating 6, a comfy corner sofa and a 40-inch Smart TV
• Washing machine, iron and ironing board
• Travel cot and high chair available
• Private garden with outdoor dining furniture
LOCATION
Bath Road's restaurants, pubs and independent shops are a short stroll away, and the town centre and Promenade are an easy walk. Cheltenham Racecourse is about two miles on foot through town, so it's handy for the Festival, the November meeting and other race days, as well as the Jazz, Literature and Science festivals.

• Prefer singles? The super king can be split into two single beds for £40. Please ask when you book
• Dogs are welcome, with no pet fee. Please let us know when you book, and ask us first if you'd like to bring two
• Non-smoking property
• Before you arrive, we'll email and text you a link to our Guestflow portal to sign our terms and add a card for the damage deposit, which is processed securely by Stripe:
◦ Stays of 1 to 6 nights: a £200 hold is placed on your card, plus a £5 non-refundable handling fee. The hold is not a charge and is released automatically after your stay
◦ Stays of 7 nights or more: a £200 refundable deposit is taken, plus a £10 non-refundable handling fee. Your deposit is refunded in full 3 to 5 days after check-out, once our team has checked the property
