Central 1 BD + Sofa Bed in the Heart of Cheltenham!

The apartment is very comfy and clean, the bed is comfortable. The team is very friendly give a good support.

The intercom wasn’t working so I missed a parcel, also would be good to let one more bing bag, because one week stay with only one plastic bag isn’t enough. They should provide a wash machine instead to a dishwasher. I’ll be happy to wash my dishes in the sink but without wash machine is a bit tricky.

I liked the communication with the managers, the position in town convenient to access all what needed, the furniture and equipment of the apartment (the fact there was no carpet but wooden floor), the easy check in and check out. The resident permits for parking. I also liked being walking distance to Pittville park and Cleeve hill.

This is more personal 1. the apartment was very hot, despite having a fan in the living room. Those days were incredibly hot, above 30 degrees and the apartment was exposed all day. Would recommend a second fan in the main bedroom 2. The noise .. being in town and at a corner of two very busy roads. At early morning the recycling collection and trucks / buses passing by, nights with pubs having outside sitting and having people in and out till early morning - this happened on Friday/Saturday night. We would also recommend to have dark curtains in the living room instead of the white light ones to cover the early light in the morning for those sleeping in the sofa bed.

Restaurant across the street was noisy at night and the noise continued into the early hours of the morning

It was clean and cozy and fully equipped.

Noisy at night and it was hard to find parking and locate the property.
