Nice part of Cheltenham- very good wine bar in the next street. Bed was comfortable and shower excellent

The bathroom needs a lock - we were staying with my mother in law so not like we were just a couple. Also none of us could get the drip coffee machine to work. I do t understand why places don’t just have a caffetiere/french press

Perfect location for visiting family in Cheltenham and also the close proximity of a park was great for walking the dogs. The place was far bigger and better than I expected and very well equipped. Communications regarding access and key code etc were very good especially given that it was a last minute booking. Full marks all round, highly recommend

The location was very suitable and having off street parking was extremely helpful.

Instructions for using the TV were not included in the welcome folder. (The source of the TV signal was not clear, but by trial & error, eventually we were able to find the right one.) The extractor fan for the pub opposite was noisy through the night.

They were very strong air fresheners used in the flat to cover a bad drain smell. It was quite unpleasant. Bed was quite worn out and relatively uncomfortable. The bedroom faces the back street and windows are single glazed. The pub next door was extremely loud until late in the evening. Finally, it was quite deceptive to have to go round the back road to enter the flat instead of the lovely Montpelier villas road. A bit misleading.
