Perfect property for a central Cheltenham stay. Highly recommend,

The description didn’t do this property justice. It’s superb. They have thought of everything, making it feel more like a home than a rental. Looks small on the outside but the rooms are really large and there’s an added bonus of a little garden too. Short 8 minute walk to centre or an immediate Uber ride at night.

Would definitely stay again

Great location in a close walking distance to all the places we wanted to go in town. Clean and lots of space. Hosts communication before and during our stay was amazing, quick, helpful and friendly replies.

Parking situation isn't ideal but this is made clear when you book. We had to park a few streets away as no space close by.

Great find - huge for a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers

This is a great place to stay! Very spacious, clean, tastefully appointed, and really central. One of the best lets we have had in the UK. Phil was super helpful and communicative.

The car park space is difficult to access for anything other than a small car. However, a complimentary parking permit is available on request and there is ample close-by local parking.

handy and secure base for Cheltenham.

The house was indeed very spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the showers worked well (once we had figured out the temperature). It was lovely to have a big kitchen/dining area, and a sitting room, as well as a private outdoor space. There was plenty of space to put our things in the bathrooms and the kitchen, and plenty of drawer space in the bedrooms (though full-length hanging space would have been helpful too). The location was handy for town and Waitrose, and the street was pretty quiet and felt secure.

The kitchen had most things we needed, but just 6 of everything, so sometimes we could have done with an extra plate or bowl or two, to put things on the table. We were surprised not to be able to find a dustpan and brush, or kitchen roll, for quick clean-ups. The street was quiet, but unfortunately the floors were very creaky, so if anybody got up in the night, everybody else knew about it. The parking was tight, but at least there was parking!

Spacious, clean, and tidy 3 bedroom house

The house was spacious, clean, and tidy. Location was perfect - located just off the main high street with easy access to restaurants and shops. Communication with Philip and Jason was excellent. There were no issues with parking - but be sensible and bring along a hatchback. The area was quiet, and we had a perfect couple of nights stay. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit the cotswolds.

Very pleasant - felt instantly at home.

It was just what we needed for a short family stay. The location is great - in a secure dead end private road close to the town centre and with a supermarket just round the corner.

House was clean and tidy. Well presented with a nice modern layout. Great communication from Phil with regards to our stay and queries about Cheltenham.

Only issue was no parking on site but do understand that this is being looked into for future residents.
