The apartment had a very good natural light. The hosts were very nice and easy to reach/respond. They helped us get a parking spot, so from this perspective it was great. The area was not the best one, but since the city is quite small you could go by foot to stores/park.

It felt that the apartment was not cared for anymore, the photos were made probably some years ago. There were a lot of areas that were deteriorated (dining table, shower head, couch). When we came it was nice that we found some flowers on the table, but they had dirty/yellow water and the vase was actually a plastic bottle that was cut. So it felt weird to have that to clean up. Also, I didn’t feel that the apartment was cleaned very well before we arrived (we could see that when we cleaned after our kids). There is indeed a huge router next to the bed (head area) which might make some people feel unconfortable. There is also a lot of noise at night given that the property is next to a crossroad and in our case, having a small child, it was an issue. The aspects that bothered us were mentioned in precious comments as well, but no action was taken, although the owners said they will take the feedback into account. In the end, I felt that the rating was definitely too big for what the property offered.

Great property, well maintained and clean!

The surrounding streets felt a little rough at times, so something to be mindful of when arriving or heading out.

All made very easy with clear quick responses from hosts. Parking permit granted and parking easy. Keybox and access to main door and apartment were very straightforward. Apartment was excellent, very clean and very well equipped.
