Marmur Suite

I liked facilities as in the Jacuzzi in room was cool, AC was pretty good once they fixed it. The staff was friendly, really cool people. The bedroom was clean and they had someone in daily to clean room it albeit one day towels were not changed (So humid two showers a day). Location very central too!

There was only two negatives: 1. They offer taxi service but could not make it to us in airport and one day we got it to beach but after being an hour late we said we could get alternative and they were like "no problem" 2. Strangely they has one toilet paper a day in bathroom so needed to go on the hunt one day

Camere poco insonorizzate Alcuni aspetti dell'arredamento della stanza e degli spazi comuni un po' datati, o poco consoni al termine suite (tipo la tendina della doccia). Ero da solo quindi non un problema, ma suggerisco di fornire più cuscini che per una coppia farebbero comodo

Location was fantastic.

At times the people in the room next door were loud at 3am in the morning.

The Location was superb, everything in the City, especially the old town was easy to reach by foot. Our Suite was at the Via Maqueda that's the most frequented street in Palermo and there is a lot to see there. The Staff was very friendly and very helpful especially Salvo. And the price was pretty affordable so I had a feeling that it was to good to be true. But still we had a great Time, they clean the Suites daily and change the towels , bathrobes and sheets.

For us was Hygiene the biggest problem. So I know the Suite was very affordable at that time of year and had a great Location but on the pictures it looked so great and clean but in real it wasn't like that. There was a brown stain on the Bedsheets, the Curtains in the bathroom were brown at the top from the rusted bar that they were attached on. The shower was not so clean and the seal at the floor and from the door was leaky so a lot of water flooded the room when we showered. And because of all that we didn't had the guts to use the Whirlpool in the Bathroom.
