Excellent location. Easy to walk to everything. Staff were very friendly. Quiet at night. Lovely breakfast on the terrace with a wonderful view.
The ac worked minimally so would be an issue on very warm days.

The breakfast terrace has spectacular views - its on the top (4th) floor - and offers an excellent breakfast and has friendly and attentive staff. The location is in the heart of the old town - close to the Quatro Canti - with numerous places to eat and drink when not visiting the nearby palaces, churches, piazzas etc.or just strolling with the crowds. Despite its central location, we had no nighttime noise issues in our bedroom. Communications with La Terrazza were very good and Vito was very friendly, helpful and proactive. The air conditioner in the Economy room did its job well.
La Terrazza's website is clear that until its planned lift is installed, climbing up all the stairs to most of the rooms - especially with heavy luggage - and the terrace is a challenge if guests have mobility issues. The "Economy" room is on the first floor so has the fewest stairs but is compact and its shower area is not large.
