Sui Tetti di Balarm Boutique Rooms

Great location, right next to the historical centre of Palermo. Our room was modern and well equipped. The hosts are super responsive and helped with any of our problems - we had issues with WiFi but the hosts tried to fix it as quick as they could!

The pillows were a little too firm for our liking. There are quite a few stairs and no lift, just to keep in mind if you can’t do stairs.

Amazing location, beautiful view and comfy bed. The apartment is beautifully styled and balconies are great.

The aircon worked but not very well. It was very hot when we visited Palermo so stronger aircon would have been better.

Abbiamo adorato il nostro soggiorno da Sui Tetti di Balarm Boutique Rooms! L'appartamento è bellissimo, accogliente e arredato con una cura davvero speciale. La decorazione è unica, ricca di dettagli e di carattere: ci si sente a casa fin dal primo momento. La terrazza sui tetti di Palermo è semplicemente meravigliosa, il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata trascorsa a visitare la città. Abbiamo apprezzato anche le piccole attenzioni che fanno la differenza, come l'acqua sempre fresca in frigorifero, un gesto semplice ma davvero gradito. La posizione è perfetta, nel cuore del centro storico, ideale per raggiungere a piedi tutte le principali attrazioni di Palermo. La camera è molto confortevole, il letto comodissimo e il bagno privato moderno e impeccabile. Un grazie speciale a Roberta, che è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile fin dal check-in. Consigliamo questa struttura senza alcun dubbio a chiunque voglia vivere Palermo in un ambiente autentico, elegante e accogliente. Torneremo sicuramente!

Apartment was in an excellent location close to all the sights of Palermo. Roberta was a great host with excellent communication and our cleaning attendant Jessica was a gem. Apartment is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and Roberta would leave delicious daily local treats for us to enjoy. Highly recommend.
