Valerio explained everything to us before our arrival. We arrived late and the instructions were very clear.
The apartment is very well located , close to Quattro Canti the center of the city, and close to the train station from the airport. And the place is very calm with a view on the roofs of Palermo!

This was such a beautiful hotel. I opened the front door and followed the steps up and the moment we walked up the steps, we were in awe what with the stone walls and all. The trekk up the stairs was a bit tiring given we had 2 big cases with us, but that did not bother us much especially as the room itself was beautifully done. It was very clean and you can smell how clean it is. The place is well maintained. The host is really lovely too and they provide a guide with recommended places to visit.
Perhaps the addition of a lift especially for travellers with large cases.

Great location! Lovely big space & good communication from the host.
Bed was very hard, there were ALOT of stairs up to the apartment with no lift! Not ideal with heavy luggage! Was down a dark alley at night, but it seemed safe!

Spacious room, easy checkin
Unfortunately we had to leave after 2 out of 4 nights as the smell coming from the bathroom had become unbearable. They had clearly tried to cover it up before we arrived because there was a strong mix of cleaning detergent and perfume in air when we got in. It was very difficult to reach the host so when he stopped responding we contacted Booking. We also couldn’t properly lock the door which didn’t feel very secure.
