The location was perfect, the elevator was great, there is a lot of communication from the host, very quiet at night
The bed was extremely uncomfortable & I would prefer the towels done every two days. We had to take a lot of showers due to the heat. By the third day, they just felt like they smelled.

Really fantastic family run b&b, very responsive and helpful during our stay. Room was extremely clean and central. Wifi was fast as we were working during our stay. It is on a busy street but the windows provided good sound blocking.
The bathroom doesn’t have a window and the exhaust fan could be improved.

The best location in Palermo, next to the most famous attractions and also close to the Central Station.
The automatic shower was not working properly.
