everything Comfy and calm, clean as well.. there is some snacks and coffee 👍🏻🙌🏻
Chiller is not too cold but okay 👍🏻
As for the Wi-Fi, the signal doesn't quite reach my room, but it works really well in the living room.

The host was encredible gentle and helpfull. When we arrived he waited in front of the building to find a parking spot (free). In the centre of Palermo.
The endless free coffee (good quality) we appreciate very much. Also the warm welcome and the short list of possible nice food locations.
Room was cosy. With balcony and a good bathroom. Perfect stop for two nights. Very recommendable

Location near city center. Daily cleaning. Free flow of coffee, milk, water and snack food although no breakfast provided. Friendly and attentive host, provides info about city. Luggage storage before check in & after check out.

Despite a late arrival the hosts were very good to accommodate us and as we were lost finding the property we were Shepherded across very kindly to the property by the hosts. The location is superb with loads of great authentic bars and restaurants local within a stones throw of the property. The balcony from the room offered superb views and a fantastic place to chill with a beer and soak up the atmosphere of the city from another angle.
Very little the rooms are fairly basic but bathroom facilities are 100% and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Not much room to manoeuvre if you have a large case but that is to be expected with a room in a city.
