The location is incredible and the room is simple yet nice and functional. The balcony is amazing and the view of the street is kind of cool.
I didn’t realize that for the attached bathroom, even described as attached, you have to leave physically the room each time and pass the hallway. That’s my bad for not reading well. The three other rooms had bathrooms in the same space.

It was a half hour walk from the main street in Palermo. The intensity of the heat made this unpleasant. We waited one hour for a bus that never came so we chose to walk. This was not the hosts fault however the walk was unsuitable for people with mobility issues. It would be best to catch a taxi if you have trouble walking.
