Your not going to find better hospitality than this establishment. It’s so rare to be served breakfast with personal service, amazing cakes just selected for us, the whole breakfast was suited to us. A beautifully furnished Sicilian home. So much nicer to stay here than a formulated hotel like an ibis. Super location. Go there it’s such a lovely place to stay. Paolo is a wonderful host.

Everything about this place is so cozy and comfortable that it feels like home! The location is excellent; you can walk to Palermo's main attractions. Paolo is the best host you could ask for. He’s very welcoming and always helpful if you have any questions or need anything. The breakfast was also delicious. Paolo gets fresh Italian bakery goods every morning. They were soooo delicious!

I have no complaints this place is perfect!!

I liked the quirky look, the main bed was comfortable in the room, the communication was good with the owner who seems very kind.

The single beds that my friend had to choose between were not too comfortable and only one was fully made with a top sheet so she remade the other bed. The smell in the room was strong, perfumey/musty, and it was difficult to just open a window as the windows were full doors that went out to a busy street (and we didn’t want to let in mosquitoes). We had to leave early (7 and 830) and so they were kind to lay out some coffee capsules and a couple bananas and oranges and some soy milk but we didn’t use them. Cereal bars or pastries would have been nice as a grab and go option. We were at the top of the stairs and having to carry all my bags up so many stairs was unexpected as our last bnb in palermo had an elevator. Shampoo and body wash were highly fragranced and not nice to use.

Fantastic location with easy walkable access to all the major sites. Paolo is the perfect host, along with his mother, doing everything to please their guests and so helpful with recommendations. You definitely feel as though you are staying in their own home and they go out of their way to make you feel at home. An excellent stay.
