B&B Maqueda - Room & Suite

Posizione ottima, camera spaziosa e pulita...comoda con vasca idromassaggio.

Najmniej widok z okna, ale to kompletnie nie przeszkadzało bo w pokoju się nie przebywa tylko na zewnatrz

La struttura è davvero bella, super pulita. La camera che dire.. ci è dispiaciuto restare solo una sera per quanto fosse accogliente. Letto comodo, camera silenziosa, il bagno enorme, tutto il necessario disponibile. Posizione nel cuore di Palermo. Davvero consigliato

The room size was good and serviced daily. The location is great in the heart of the old town.

1. It wasn't until we completed our booking and paid that we were told that the actual room is about 20- 25 minutes away on foot, this made it extremely difficult to handle heavy suit cases at a late hour in night. 2. The actual reception was at Garibaldi Hotel, the receptionist ( then was a gentleman)refused to accompany us to show us the room, he gave us very crude and unclear direction to the room. It took us more than an hour to find the place. 3. The building where the room is located is old, smelly and noisy 4. The lift is very old, filthy and hardly enough for two people 5. There was no one / no reception from Maqueda rooms&Suite to enquire from apart from the lady who cleans the rooms. I certainly don't recommend it especially for old people. Also Garbaldi hotel and/or Maqueda rooms must be forced to explain to there clients the exact location and what they should expect before concluding any booking.
