Perfect for a short stay in Palermo. Walking distance to the main attractions and walking street. Big clean space and nice little balcony! Host was also fantastic, helped us with everything from airport transfer and providing breakfast.

The staff were very helpful with recommendations for restaurants etc. Self Check in was easy. Staff at breakfast were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was baked goods, which were delicious. But don’t expect many different juices and cereals etc. I think if we had stayed more than 3 days we may have got slightly bored with the options. The location was fantastic. 10 min walk to the bus station and next to the kalsa neighbourhood for evening drinks/food. Also 5 min walk to the Main Street.
There was a significant lack of natural light. The decor was forgiving in spite of this and it was really just due to the design of the building which can’t be helped. The breakfast room also felt a little cold in style, but again, due to lack of windows.

Central location. Ok room. Ok breakfast.
Room wasn’t clean - particularly bathroom. Building undergoing repairs. Scaffolding obscuring balcony. Not a particularly warm welcome. In short it was OK. Not the fabulous place we were expecting from previous reviews. We question authenticity of reviewers.
