MAD Bed & Breakfast

It was beautiful and full of character thanks to thr lovely bright colors from the fllor tilings to the gorgeous handpainted drawings decorating the walks. Our host, Antonella is an artisan and this shows in her decoration of this warm and welcoming environment. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We were also very happy to be welcomed in advance to drop off our bags after a very early flight. She sat down and took the time to show us on the map lots of great tips for our short visit. The appartment has only two rooms so was very quiet. There is a kitchen with a fridge for keeping drinks cold - much appreciated with the hot weather. Finally, it is ver well-located in a quiet street with an artist shop, wine bar and close to a market for eating. I highly recommend MAD and their owners for sn enjoyable stay in Palermo. Hope to come back soon!

Everything was great!

Prześliczny i znakomicie położony apartament. Sentino czekał na nas, żeby opowiedzieć o lokalnych atrakcjach, poczęstować kawą i pokazać apartament. Pięknie, wygodnie i wszędzie bardzo blisko. Z pewnością wrócimy!

Das Gastgeberpaar war sehr natürlich, nett und zuvorkommend. Sie haben sich Zeit genommen und uns Empfehlungen gegeben sowie Fragen beantwortet. Im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthaltes waren wir über WhatsApp verbunden und haben uns für Ankunft, Abreise, Gepäckaufbewahrung (…) abgestimmt. Das Zimmer samt eigenem Bad, sowie der Gemeinschaftsbereich (2 Parteien möglich), bestehend aus Küchennische, Essbereich sowie Lichthof, waren sehr ordentlich, sauber und mit viel Liebe zu praktischem und verspieltem Detail. Es waren bspw. kleine Spiele oder Bücher für den Zeitvertreib da oder Mückenschutz für die abendliche Nutzung der Terrasse. Der Kühlschrank durfte für eigenes mitbenutzt werden und für das süße Frühstück war alles, inklusive Espresso, Filterkaffee und Tee, da. Die Gastgeber gaben explizit den Hinweis, dass das Leitungswasser gefiltert und trinkbar sei und wir kein Trinkwasser kaufen müssten - nicht nur an heißen Tagen wertvoll. Die Lage war top und das Zimmer ruhig. Vielen Dank an Antonella und Santino!
