    A very well-located hotel right in the city center. The staff are friendly and attentive. The mattress is firm and comfortable. A minor note regarding the toilets, which are raised and therefore not always easy to use, and the soundproofing, which isn't the best (noise from the hallway or adjoining rooms).

    We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is right beside the quinto canti, so 15 min walk from Palermo Centrale, Cattedrale, etc. The restaurant and bars near the hotel were tourist traps, but Kalsa neighbourhood down the road is full of great options. We were given a room on the 3rd floor eith great views of the church beside the hotel. Breakfast was nice ok. The inly downside waas having to use two different lifts because its a mixed use old building, but with a charming courtyard

    Staffs are helpful and supportive, they help us to store baggage before check in time . The location is extremely convenient to visit major attractions in town

    Room was small and dark, costly. Breakfast was fantastic. They don’t tell you that the spa costs extra which was why we stayed here, for the spa we thought was included. And you only have access for an hour. Not worth the cost, but centrally located.
