The rooms and common areas are beautifully decorated. The location is perfect: in a quiet location and at walking distance from all major sights.
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
Genuinely dog friendly.
Finally a hotel with two or three power outlets on each side of the bed, so no need to unplug lamps to charge your phone!
Without doubt the place where we will want to stay on our next visit to Palermo.

Highly recommend Il Giardino if you want to explore Palermo. We stayed in a family room that was a great size and even had two bathrooms. The beds were really comfortable and the whole room was spotlessly clean. Communication was brilliant and the staff, who were all very helpful and friendly, arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport late at night, which all worked really well. 50 Euro for one car. Breakfast was included and was delicious. From the hotel we walked about 500-700 to the historical part of the city, which was a straightforward walk.

Great team! Special thanks to Aurora and all the lovely ladies who supported us and made our stay in Palermo unforgettable... We will come back. This city is a GEM...Delicious breakfast and nice splash in the Jacuzzi... All the best to all of them!!!
One little thing but I suspect not so easy to handle, the humidity smell in the kids room. It is difficult to manage as the climate is getting hotter but with some open windows the smell was gone...
