Location was perfect, a quiet street in the heart of the old town, just round the corner from lively restaurants and street life. Breakfast was adequate with good coffee. Gluten-free bread was available. There was no reception but we were given a code to enter the hotel.

If you’re looking for a more traditional old town hotel, but still want to be in all the action of Palermo - this is just the place. Very friendly & inviting. Loved the size of the room and the terrace looking down the old cobbled street. Amazingly quiet at night. Lovely hosts. Quirky breakfast bar area with a good vibe, great coffee served by Martina, who was so inviting on our first day.
It’s a little tough carrying the bags up the stairs, if you’ve got big suitcases. No lift. But it’s do-able compared to other old hotels I’ve been in.

Lovely neighborhood close to excellent eateries, a beautiful park, and the marina.
Noisy til 2:30 am from a bar or restaurant below my window. Noisy bathroom fan came on with the only light switch. 3rd floor walk up to my room. The person who answered the front door when I arrived didn’t alert me to the fact that the door was only 5’ height and I hit my head quite hard entering. Later, the large doors were opened in which the short door was a part.
