La Duca Suites & Apartments

J'ai beaucoup aimé l'emplacement de l'appartement, nous étions au centre de tout et le quartier était très calme. L'appartement était également très propre et convenait à nos attentes.

J'ai moins apprécié le manque de lumière naturelle dans l'appartement et il manquait quelques espaces de rangements pour nos vêtements.

Les équipements de robinetterie pourraient être améliorés et une bouteille d’eau à l’arrivée serait un plus mais sinon tout était très bien.

Location is fantastic, everything walkable and lovely little square right outside. Easy walk from the station. We found the room quiet and the bed was comfortable. The room was exactly like the photographs. Strong water pressure. Aircon was effective and seemed to stay on even when you are out which is helpful (all other electrics turn off). We had hot water all the time. Useful to have a lift and nice to be able to open balcony doors.

We didn't have any communication about check-in at all. I was waiting for this all day (we were travelling so couldn't chase). Eventually when we arrived at the building we called the number and were immediately let in remotely, but more proactive communication would be appreciated. Usually I would expect someone to reach out. We were in the King Room, which is not a full apartment - this is fine but it was frustrating to have such a large room, with a big fridge and a coffee machine, but only 2 mugs and 2 glasses for a 5 day stay with no where to wash these up outside of the bathroom, and no washing up liquid etc. There is no bottle opener etc, literally a few plastic spoons and 2 mugs and 2 unmatching glasses (no wine glasses). I think calling the entire listing "suites and apartments" implies there will be more facilities. It wasn't immediately clear to us how few "apartment" facilities there would be, from the booking.com link. We ended up buying a bottle opener, and proper cutlery. We had to rummage in cupboards to find extra toilet paper and tissues. Shower was good but flooded if used for more than 10 minutes. The bathroom was large so probably could accommodate a washing machine which I think other apartments had, which we would have appreciated (not a criticism because it is clear from the listing that this apartment doesn't have laundry services - but space could definitely accommodate it). There is a balcony but no chairs outside which was a shame because there are also no indoor chairs to bring outside. Being able to eat on the balcony would have been lovely. There is no house manual/ information about anything in the space. We asked about extra coffee pods, which were dropped off, but we were also told that we would have a cleaner on day 3 (it was a 5 night stay) and the cleaner never came. It felt like a hotel room, but not as well appointed and with less information.
