    The apartment is new and nice, but the staff is not doing their job well. I have a late check in, and I emailed them 2 weeks before my booking date, they never replied, and I asked Agoda customer service so many time to do it with the property, they still didn’t confirm it until on the day of booking, 2hrs after check in time, the property finally sent me confirmation email. Also, they put the wrong phone number on the website. When we arrive here, they don’t give us air condition remote control, so we can’t use the AC at all. After we told them, they said they will bring us the remote control, but we are staying here for 2 nights, they never brought it to us.

    My stay at this hotel was a nightmare. The room was disgustingly dirty upon arrival—the toilet had dried fecal matter, the garbage wasn’t emptied, the mirror was smeared, and the sofa was stained and filthy. The cleaning staff did a half-hearted job only after I complained multiple times, and they even lied, claiming we had used the bathroom when we hadn’t. The manager’s response was dismissive, saying they’re "not a 5-star hotel," as if that justifies neglecting basic sanitation. I lost valuable vacation time dealing with their incompetence instead of relaxing. Avoid this place at all costs. The lack of accountability, hygiene, and respect for guests is appalling. Never again.
