    1박동안 마주친 직원분들 모두 너무 친절하시구 호텔 사진보다 훨씬 넓고 좋아요. 거실,침실 따로되있어요! 시칠리아 첫일정이라 1박밖에 안한게 아쉬울정도로 최고였어요! 체크아웃 이후에도 저희가 외부에서 현지인과 문제가 생겼었는데 혹시나 도움을 요청드렸는데 너무나 감사하게도 바로 메세지에 답해주시고 도움을 주셨어요.. 이 호텔이 아니면 큰돈을 사기당할뻔 했는데 정말 정말 감사했습니다. 다시 팔레르모에 간다면 무조건 다시 이호텔을 이용할 것입니다. The staff we encountered during our one-night stay were all so incredibly kind, and the hotel is much more spacious and nicer than it looks in the photos. The living room and bedroom are separate! It was the best experience—so much so that I regret only staying for one night during our first leg of the Sicily trip. Even after we checked out, we ran into a problem with a local outside, and when we reached out for help, they were kind enough to reply to our message immediately and assist us. If it weren't for this hotel, we would have almost been scammed out of a large sum of money; we are truly, truly grateful. We will definitely stay at this hotel again if we return to Palermo

    I needed to get some work done and want to do that usually in my room. But the wifi wasn't working in the rooms and the hotel was not showing a lot of intention to fix it. For the rest the hotel was good.

    My friend and I had a wonderful stay here. Great location, super clean. Only one downside is no wifi in the room but everything else is great. highlt recommend.

    Once we came into our room we found out that there was no internet and there was not going to be for an other 2 weeks
