The staff was absolutely amazing — warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They were always approachable and ready to assist with anything we needed. A special thank you to Antonela, who went above and beyond to make our experience even better. She helped us with everything from arranging car parking and permissions to giving us the best recommendations on what to explore and see in Palermo. Her kindness and local tips truly made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!

The Khalisah is in such a great location for all the site. The hotel and the room was beautiful and the staff were very kind. We were a little stressed with driving and parking in Palermo and our host waited over a 1/2 hour to make sure we got situated ok.
The only issue was the toilet seat seemed to be broken.
