La struttura è accogliente e pulita. Nonostante le giornate di caldo estremo, l'abitazione è ben refrigerata. Il bagno è nuovo e funzionale. Ottima la posizione, anche per cercare parcheggio in strada. Torneremo.
Appena arrivati l'edificio esternamente non si presenta molto bene.

Sotto al balcone della stanza c’è lo sfiato dell’aeratore di una friggitoria; se non di primo mattino, è difficile cambiare aria, a meno di non ritrovarsi la puzza di frittura in camera e nel bagno.
