Location, the hosts were really kind, helpful and offered good travel recommendations. Breakfast very simple - toast with ham and cheese + coffee, but for the price I find it satisfactory. Room had working AC unit.

Our room did not have private bathroom - there was one only used by us, but we had to pass trough corridor, also the water was not flowing sometimes during the day, seemingly at random times (probably small boiler or the hosts turn it off for the day), everytime we told the hosts they fixed the issue.

Chambre spacieuse et propre. Appartement joliment décoré. Arrivée tardive très bien gérée par les propriétaires avec plusieurs messages en amont. Accueil chaleureux et souriant de bon matin qui fait très plaisir ! Proximité avec gare et hypercentre de Palerme.

Host don’t speak English but it’s common for Sicily , they were very friendly and helpful. Our room was ready and we could check in earlier. Really appreciate it! Apartment itself is simple and old furniture but you can see it on photos, here no surprise. You will hear a noise from outside and from your neighbours. Take earplugs with you 😀 Our first day in the morning we had limited time to clean a bit room, what was a good surprise that after our return I see room service cleaned our room. It is very nice and kind , but it was surprising, so sorry that you had to deal with all mess.

Bathroom needs to be renovated! It’s very old. I believe it’s clean but because it’s so old tiles in shower it looks dirty. Breakfast was awful. I thought let’s safe time and book a hotel with breakfast. I shouldn't have done that. Some recommendations for owners: 1. It would be nice if you can provide your guests some little shower gel or soap in the shower. 2. It would be nice if you can improve breakfast what you offer. Just recommendation maybe add some eggs, a normal cheese - not processed cheese slices, croissants of better quality - not the cheapest.

La propreté de la chambre n'était pas correct du tout, sole sale avec des taches et beaucoup de poussières, moisissures dans la douche, rideaux qui sentait mauvais...
