My wife Ruth and I absolutely loved staying at Suite del Ponte Normanno in Palermo. The place is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated — honestly, not a single speck of dust could be seen anywhere! Every corner felt well cared for, welcoming, and thoughtfully arranged. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Palermo. We’d happily come back again! Ps. We mean this for both days that we stayed at suite del ponte normanno.

The bathroom shower was phenomenal! Everything was very comfortable and the room was exceptionally quiet and clean. Very comfortable evening and the host was a pleasure to communicate with - very responsive and extremely helpful, including carrying my luggage upstairs! Even found a small storage area to where I could leave my luggage and provided me with entry instructions after check-out! Wonderful staff!
The inconvenience of the out of order elevator; however, this was not the host's fault and not in their control. They did everything they could to help during my stay.

The remote check-in was fantastic, Davide contacted us in the lead up to the stay making sure we knew what was required. The room was nice, bathroom was good and bed was comfortable. There’s a lift to take you up to the correct level , however has seen better days - this isn’t something the host can fix, just an fyi.
The area/suburb is a little rough at night with not many places to eat dinner. Coffee facilities in the room would be a good improvement.

Great bed
The shower, there was black mould in the tiles. The property is on the third floor and the lift hasn’t worked for sometime.
