Clean room and bathroom with details and little things like in a hotel. Easy check-in and check-out. Clear communication with the host. Close to the main train and bus stations, as well as public transport. There is also a shared kitchen with a fridge.
Everything was great.

Miss Antonella was taking care of all requests we asked
The area around did not look so good, but we did not get the feeling it would be dangerous

Easy check‑in and check‑out. The facilities are excellent. Everything is very clean and organized. Very close to the central station. I recommend the restaurants Trattoria Al Sorriso and Trattoria Trappani, which are very close to the guesthouse.
Offering checkout until 12 p.m. would be ideal, considering that check‑in is only available from 3 p.m

Good location near the train station. The room was smart and comfortable though there was not enough hot water in the morning.
I had a problem with check-in. There was no key in the key safe and it was a couple of hours before someone came to let me into my room. It should have been dealt with much quicker.
