I have been here before. Two years ago. The owners are property proud. The property is as featured on-line. No surprises. The owner checked-in to see if anything was needed. A nice personal touch.
There is no lift in the building. A few stairs to access the property. However, I was met by somebody who assisted me with my case. (Note: if you have mobility issues, this may or may not be an issue.)

Easy access, but a little bit far from the city center. Reception for check in was good.
Check out was “complex”. I left early in the morning previous to check out to buy something, when I returned, my room was opened and someone was inside. Also, for check out, I left the keys inside the room as I was told, and the guy who was in my room, told the owner that I had taken them with me. Finally the keys were found where I had left them…
