Great facilities, nice staff and clean room every day:)

From the moment we arrived, Salvatore and Stephania made us feel incredibly welcome. We had a very bad experience at our previous accommodation, and they genuinely took that into consideration and went above and beyond to make the rest of our trip wonderful. The room was spotless and smelled amazing every single day. The housekeeping was exceptional, and Stephania was always so kind, caring, and helpful. The bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept in, with a thick, high-quality mattress that made it hard to get up in the morning. The air conditioning deserves a special mention. Palermo was extremely hot and humid during our stay, and they kindly allowed us to keep the room cool even while we were out by providing us with an extra key so the A/C wouldn’t switch off automatically. It made a huge difference and showed how much they care about their guests’ comfort. The bathroom was modern, beautiful, and impeccably clean. We loved the stylish furnishings, the high ceilings, and the overall design of the property. Everything felt new, elegant, and very well maintained. They also let us check out later than scheduled and kindly stored our luggage afterwards, which made our last day in Palermo completely stress-free. They even provided beach towels for us, which was another thoughtful touch. The rooftop terrace overlooking Palermo is absolutely beautiful and the perfect place to relax. The location is excellent, only a short walk from Palermo Cathedral and many attractions. As two young women travelling together, we felt completely safe both in the neighbourhood and inside the property. The security gave us real peace of mind. Overall, the level of hospitality, cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail exceeded all of our expectations.

Honestly, nothing. We had an excellent stay and would happily return.

The room was very small We were under the impression it was a private kitchen and not shared with a number of other apartments It would have been great to know there was no elevator available as it was a number of levels to reach our apartment via a narrow staircase
