The location is excellent and the proprietor is very accommodating
Unfortunately, it’s up on the six floor with no lift (the proprietor will access if you arrange to meet him)

The owner was a superb host and accommodated our early departure. Breakfast was great. Met us on the street when I couldn't locate the place. He was nice and registered our car for a ztl pass for the day.. If i were coming back to Palermo, I would stay again.
The stairs but what does one expect in oldtown. It was quiet on Thursday night but not on Friday. The bar across was open late. The beds were a little stiff.
