The property was in a good spot and quiet
It was fine. Not amazing, but fine. The host was fine and accomodating but not really friendly.

Location was great. Proximity to everything was amazing. Despite the heat we were able to walk to most attractions. Staff were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The house was beautiful and it felt like home. I truly enjoyed my stay.
Bed was fairly hard so after a few nights it became a little problematic.

We had four wonderful days in May in Palermo and at Ad Hoc Rooms. Since this charming bed and breakfast has five rooms and there were five of us, we had complete freedom, which made our stay even more relaxing. The location is perfect for exploring the historic heart of Palermo. The rooms were spacious and very tastefully decorated; nothing was lacking. We especially enjoyed spending time on the rooftop terrace in the mornings and evenings. A huge thank you to Luca, who took such good care of us, from the warm welcome and the wonderful breakfast to the option of leaving our luggage until our flight. Thank you so much, Luca!
The street in front of Ad Hoc Rooms was lively until late at night, so earplugs are a must if you‘re a light sleeper…:-) But you can't have both: a central location and total peace and quiet at night.
