Couple of minutes walk from Teatro Massimo, 6 minute walk from airport bus stop. Plenty of places to eat and drink close by.
It would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in room, I was conscious of not wanting to disturb the other guests when I used the kettle in the shared breakfast room.

I loved its location. Close to everything but also I got a bit of the local feeling as there was a trattoria just outside and waking up to the sound of daily life in Palermo was really nice. Maria, the lady who takes care of the property, was incredibly warm and friendly and very helpful. She gave me tips about where to eat or what to visit. She would ask me everyday what croissants or brioche I wanted for breakfast. Keep in mind that there’s no lift and the stairs are quite narrow. There s also a small balcony where I did enjoy watching the sunset over some wine . I would recommend it.

Good location near center. Room and restroom really spacious. Kind and helpful stuff with good level of English. Yummy breakfast.

Hosts were nice, room was clean and comfortable. It is right in the middle of the city.
Communication was poor to non-existent before check-in..
My check-in was never confirmed on Booking so I reached out to them and they replied that everything is ok.
They never contacted me after that, I reached the booking and the door was closed. They forgot to send me check-in instructions.
I called the booking and they helped me check-in. It is not nice to have these issues.. especially after more than 12 hours of travelling
