The stay is really excellent. Great host who always takes care of us very well. Always available in case anything is needed and overall very kind and attentive, true hospitality. Location is great, you're near public hotspots, tourist highlights but it is also close to public transportation such as train and bus. The location is also quiet enough to go back to the room and relaxed. Rooms are beautiful and very clean and well maintained.
I cannot come up with a negative drawback. If I have to be VERY nitpicky, ideally we would have wanted to have a wardrobe where we could hang our clothes / coats. But I am 100% sure that if I would have asked for hangers and a place to hang our clothes, it would have been taken care off by the host so I will not use this as a complaint.

Wonderful location! Very clean. Easy check in and check out process with baggage storage available before and after. Enjoyed the free bottle of water in the fridge. Will absolutely book again next time we’re in Palermo.

Location good for walking in historical district. Good shower, nice balcony to sit and dry clothes.
Located above 3 restaurants, so very loud at night. Walls are paper thin. People upstairs moved heavy furniture at 1 am every night. Lots of random yelling outside. The bed was not comfortable. Got very little sleep. Very bright motion lights and loud fan went on in bathroom when you step in. When in shower, the lights go off. Very annoying.
