Lokalizacja (blisko sklepy i przystanki, cicho), dobry kontakt z właścicielem, wyposażenie.
Mało wydajna klimatyzacja a prąd automatycznie odłączał się po wyjściu z pokoju - poprzez wyciągnięcie kluczyka. Rozumiem oszczędność, ale po powrocie z upalnego Palermo ciężko było schłodzić się w pokoju - klimatyzacja nawet po dłuższym czasie nie była w stanie schłodzić pokoju optymalnie.

Ideale und für eine Stadt wie Palermo halbwegs ruhige Lage (Wohnhaus, 15-20 min fußläufig ins Zentrum). Klare Kommunikation vor und während des Aufenthalts. Für unsere Bedürfnisse hat es gut gepasst (wir haben im Zimmer praktisch nur geduscht und geschlafen, da wir den ganzen Tag in der Stadt unterwegs waren).
Die Parkplatzsuche gestaltete sich etwas mühsam, also wenn möglich, öffentlich anreisen. (Liegt nicht an der Unterkunft, daher nicht in die Bewertung miteinbezogen.)

In una ottima posizione nel centro di Palermo, la stanza era molto bella e pulita. Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte perché eravamo di passaggio. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile, siccome siamo arrivati a Palermo molto presto, ha fatto il possibile per farci entrare molto prima dell’orario previsto per il check in. Consigliatissimo
