Up to date facilities and well maintained. Very comfortable. Rosario and his daughter Maria were very gracious hosts who took care of all our needs. Near Palermo Centrale, about 3 minutes away.
Multiple keys were a bit tricky.

An excellent place to stay within 5 mins walk of the station. Host was very helpful and eager to please. Many suitable places to eat close by. Our deal provided a breakfast voucher at a super cafe right round the corner. There were tea)coffee making facilities in the communal area. The room was a good size, very clean and modern. We would stay again if ever in Palermo.
Nothing. A very small thing - because the host did not live on site, we were unable to leave our bags for half a day on the morning of departure. There was a bag deposit at the station with a long queue.
