Great location if you want to be right in the centre of things on busy main area with plenty of eateries to choose from. Pretty good soundproofing with double glazing and shutters.
Some confusion over finding and accessing the property. Wasn't aware there was no reception or anyone to greet us on arrival. Shower flooded on first day and used towels to mop up - no replacement towel provided.

Posizione perfetta per visitare tutta la città. Riccardo è stato eccezionale e ci ha dato utilissimi consigli. Nonostante la zona turistica e vivace gli infissi sono perfettamente isolanti.
Nulla che riguardi la location. L'unica piccolissima cosa che segnalo è che il bar Ruvolo all'ultima colazione ci ha fatto pagare come extra perfino una bottiglietta d'acqua nonostante Riccardo il giorno prima avesse dato istruzioni di addebitare a lui gli extra. Non ho sollevato discussioni ma mi è sembrata una inutile caduta di stile (del bar, non di Riccardo).

Our family had two rooms here, with both of them being very recently renovated and in perfect shape. They had everything we needed in the room and lobby area. It is also located in almost the exact center of the historic area of Palermo, so everything is an easy walk.

Lokalizacja idealna!! Samo serce stolicy, jak zresztą wskazuje nazwa apartamentu. Apartament komfortowy, czysty, nowoczesny. Rolety dobrze powstrzymują gwar z ulicy oraz chronią przed słońcem. Obsluga bardzo pomocna i miła. Obiekt naprawde godny polecenia. Idealny na weekend.
Jedynym małym minusikiem są śniadania - jak okazało się na miejscu, odbywają się one w zaprzyjaźnionej kawiarni. Nie do końca bylo wiadomo, co "jest zawarte w cenie" i skończyło się na kawie i croissancie, bo nawet za sok dla dziecka trzeba bylo dopłacić. Obsługa niemiła, ale to juz wina kawiarni, a nie apartamentu. Sugerowałabym doprecyzowanie w ofercie, co mieści się pod pojęciem "śniadanie wliczone w cenę", zeby nie bylo rozczarowania. Korzystaliśmy raz.
