The accommodation itself was really beautiful, the room and other areas corresponded to the photos, we felt very comfortable, we slept great, communication with the accommodation was top notch. The apartment is located really close to the city's attractions, you can get everywhere on foot.

The street where the apartment is located is a bit wild, graffiti, metal gates, the entrance is not well-maintained, when you stand there at 10 at night in a dark alley and have no idea if it is really right, it is not very pleasant, especially when you go with a child. We were also surprised by the way breakfast is served. It is not directly in the apartment, but you have to go to a nearby pastry shop. The pastry shop is really not far, but if you do not want or cannot (as in my case) have cakes and you do not even feel like having coffee, then you are without breakfast. I was a little disappointed that I asked if it was possible to give my son a small muffin with a candle for breakfast, since it was his birthday that day, and I was told that they would try. Nothing like that happened, probably due to the way breakfast is served in another establishment. All I had to do was write what type of breakfast it was and I would have brought things from home.

- No breakfast was provided in the hotel, but a breakfast coupon was given per person which only included one drink with one pastry to be redeemed in the cafe below the property. - Kitchen gas stove was unusable and we had to request to expedite its check on day 2 since we needed to cook for our toddler (was resolved by the staff). - Water supply got cut off without any notice two times in the same day (it resumed after some time when we informed the staff, not sure if the hotel was responsible for it). - The property is old, and cement/color pieces were randomly falling off from the ceiling/walls in the living room and balcony (risk of minor injury and contamination of food/drinks, some minor repairs are needed).

The accommodation is in the city center, on a quiet street without much traffic. A very kind lady welcomed us; although her English was limited, we communicated easily using our phones. We only used the place for sleeping and didn't spend much time there during the day.

For the breakfast included in our stay, we could choose one drink (different coffees) and a croissant (mostly sweet). In my opinion, they could also offer panini sandwiches to guests, as those were available on the caffe bar''s regular menu.
