Perfect location, centre of the city and ideal to visit everything on foot. Really nice historical palace, clean and tidy. Great mattress. Great common area with a kitchen. Owner very responsive on wapp.
Pillows too soft. Never managed to meet owner in person, when arrived late evening crib for our baby wasn’t set. Toilet door inflated doesn’t slide properly. Toilet furniture sub optimal. Shower head defective. Balcony dirty.

The location is great, it’s right in the centre of the main shopping street. The room was a good size. Good internet connection.
It was very cold in the room. The aircon thing that supposed to heat the room was placed in the far corner and with high ceilings heating took ages and disappeared within minutes. There were 1 thin sheet and 2 thin blankets available as a duvet and for me it wasn’t enough. I was freezing and shaking. The room isn’t soundproof, you can hear all the noise from the street but also from all guests too. I’ve asked to have an iron but never got it because the host hasn’t come to B&B to open his office.

perfect location, a big kitchen with all equipment. because of our flight, we couldn’t have breakfast at Balate, but we got a ‘breakfast ticket’ to a cafe. Andrea was everytime via sms there, tried to help in everything
the lady at the accomodation was rude, the bathroom in our room smelled, the air conditioner was extrem noisy, no chance for sleeping at that noise (and in summer in 30-32 degrees you need aircon). we asked for reparation or an other room, but the reparation was not possible that day, so we were left there in the room with that noise.
