Very modern & clean.
The staff were difficult to reach. It can get noisy at night if you’re a light sleeper.

The accommodation is located right in the city center, with a perfect location — just a 2-minute walk from the Teatro Massimo. The view is absolutely beautiful, and the apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and very cozy. Check-in was extremely easy. Hosts are very kind, helpful, and responsive. Whatever you need, they are always there to help and reply immediately. I would highly recommend this place! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!☺️

Location was good. Easy to walk to places to eat and for tourism.
Breakfast was just a sweet roll and coffee in a cafe 2 blocks away. No elevator and 76 steep steps with luggage was challenging .

Centrally located, however the particular street/block did not look very safe.
Climbing to the 4th floor with the luggage was very inconvenient. There was a difficulty to get into the apartment. The host was not easily reachable. Air conditioning did not work well.
