Great location. Fully non-contact stay with host, but host was reachable. I think there is usually someone at the desk. The room is up several flights of stairs which guests should be made aware of. There are a few free parking spots in front of the property which was nice.
The stairs could be challenging to some.

Centrally located, however the particular street/block did not look very safe.
Climbing to the 4th floor with the luggage was very inconvenient. There was a difficulty to get into the apartment. The host was not easily reachable. Air conditioning did not work well.
